Unopened vials

Any unopened vial may be returned within thirty calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Email orders@pepvera.xyz with the order ID. We issue a return label; refund settles in USDC on Base within forty-eight hours of receipt.

Lab-fail refund (any vial)

Send any vial to any accredited third-party lab (Janoshik Analytical, Cayman Chemical, ARL Bio, or similar). If the purity tests below what the certificate showed, you get a full refund plus the lab fee reimbursed.

Damaged or warm on arrival

Photograph the package and the vial within twenty-four hours of delivery and email orders@pepvera.xyz. Replacement issued, no return required.

Lost in transit

If the carrier marks delivered but the package does not arrive within seventy-two hours, we re-ship at our cost. After that window, refund or replacement at the customer's discretion.

What is not refundable

Opened vials with no quality dispute. Reconstituted vials. Custom blends. Bulk orders above ten vials require pre-authorization for return.
