PEPVERA is a marketplace. Each supplier listed on the site sets their own refund and return terms. PEPVERA does not issue a marketplace-wide refund guarantee. The supplier you bought from is the issuer of any refund or replacement.
Where to find the terms that apply to your order
Open the supplier page for the listing you bought from. The supplier profile lists the stated refund window, conditions, and contact path. The same terms appear on the order confirmation email tied to that supplier.
How to start a return
Contact the supplier directly using the contact point on their supplier profile. PEPVERA does not intercept the request. If a supplier becomes unreachable or refuses to honor their own stated terms, email support@pepvera.xyz with the order ID and we will mediate.
Lost or undelivered
For shipments where the carrier marked the package delivered but it did not arrive, contact the supplier shown on the order. The shipping carrier is the first point of dispute. PEPVERA can help mediate if the supplier and carrier disagree.
Lab retests
A buyer may always commission an independent lab retest of any vial. If you do, share the report with the supplier first; whether that triggers a refund is the supplier's call under their stated terms. PEPVERA surfaces each supplier's lab partner and COA policy on the supplier profile so you can compare before purchase.
