How shipping works.
Marketplace fulfillment
PEPVERA is a marketplace — every order is forwarded to a named supplier who ships directly to you under their own carrier account. Your tracking page aggregates each supplier's shipment so you can follow the whole order in one place.
When you check out, we hold payment in escrow (USDC on Base) and release wholesale payment to the supplier after delivery is confirmed. Until that release we can recover funds if something goes wrong — see the Refund policy.
Cold-chain handling
Lyophilized peptides are room-temperature stable for short transit. Suppliers ship in an insulated mailer with a gel pack rated for ninety-six hours; on arrival, refrigerate the vial immediately if the gel pack is no longer cold. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water the vial must be refrigerated until use. See the Cold-chain SOP for the full handling protocol.
Transit windows
Each supplier carries its own transit-time estimate, visible on the supplier comparison row before you add to cart. Domestic supplier shipments (US-US, EU-EU, UK-UK) typically land within two to four business days. International shipments (CN-source) typically run seven to fourteen days. Real-time carrier scans appear on the tracking page once the supplier registers tracking.
Customs, duties, taxes
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, or local taxes assessed by the destination customs or revenue authority. PEPVERA prices are USD and do not include destination-country taxes. If the carrier collects duties on delivery, those are paid directly to the carrier by the buyer (see Terms).
Customs seizure
If customs seizes a shipment, email support@pepvera.xyz with your order ID and the seizure notice within seven days of receiving it. We reship at our cost on the first seizure per order. Repeated seizures to the same address may result in service refusal under the Terms.
Sanctions screening
Before forwarding an order we screen the shipping address against the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list. Orders flagged are placed on hold and reviewed; if a customer is on the sanctions list we are not able to fulfill the order, and the payment is refunded in full to the original wallet.
Lost / damaged / wrong item
All three are covered by the Refund policy (replacement on damage, reship on lost-in-transit, refund on lab-fail). Photograph the package and the vial within twenty-four hours of delivery.
